|
In the meantime, vocational rehabilitation facilities for mental illnesses have not been provided with legal basis for support. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of vocational rehabilitation facilities for mental illnesses and to investigate improvement of working environment of workers using vocational rehabilitation facilities for them. The study was conducted on total 11 vocational rehabilitation facilities in the country, and 184 respondents responded by distributing the questionnaires from June to August 2017 Frequency analysis, crossover analysis, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 22.0. Through the results of the study, we were able to be aware of opinions on the status of work and service satisfaction the target population with disabilities, and to improve the quality of service and to clarify regulations, And suggested the necessity of regulation.
